If you have a complaint regarding our services, please follow these steps:

We recommend that you first speak to the attorney or staff member managing your case. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication and understanding.
Escalating the Complaint
If the issue remains unresolved, or you are uncomfortable addressing the attorney or staff directly, you may escalate the complaint by contacting our managing attorney or complaints officer. Please submit your complaint in writing to ensure clarity and proper documentation.

In your complaint, please provide the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The name of the attorney or staff member involved (if applicable).

- The outcome you are seeking or how you would like the issue resolved.
Complaint Review Process
Once we receive your complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
- Investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly.
- Provide you with a formal response, outlining our findings and proposed solutions, within 7 business days.
Further Action
